Our office was established in 1979 and first started with tax advice service only. In the course of years, our range of services developed into an interdisciplinary full-service package. Nowadays, our office employs about 30 professionals and ranks among the major tax consultant offices in Essen, which happens to be the Ruhr Area’s main service metropolis.

The lawyers and tax advisors of our branch offices in Duesseldorf, Essen and Velbert attend to clients within and beyond the area in an equally intense way. In order to provide efficient services to our clients, our offices are equipped with the most recent hardware and software. Furthermore, the cooperation with companies such as DATEV enables us to provide multifaceted and extensive information in a streamlined way. By applying the latest technologies and programmes, Roland Franz & Partner guarantees a high standard of data security. All pieces of information are filed by using DATEV DMS in compliance with the requirements of GoBD.

Already in the beginning of 1990, we established a multidisciplinary consulting for our clients by cooperating with an accounting firm and a law office situated in the same building as our office. These days, Roland Franz & Partner is a high-performance company, with a range of diverse services coming from a single source. Thus, we are enabled to offer you synergy effects on a high level as well as a minimization of the effort you spend on coordinating your business.

Within the framework of different working groups we exchange our experiences with colleagues intensely and discuss contemporary tax and business subjects. Another advantage for you is our membership in a national network of renowned tax advisors, auditors and lawyers.

Since 1998, our branch office in Velbert is run by our partner Mrs. Bettina M. Rau-Franz, a graduate in financial management (Diplom-Finanzwirtin) and tax administration. Additionally to our range of traditional services, in this branch office we also would like to point out the services of our so-called “salary team”, which provides a proficient and individual consultation to our clients.

Since 2008, Roland Franz & Partner established a branch office in Duesseldorf – provincial capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. Therefore, we are able to offer our services not only within the Ruhr Area, but also within the Rhineland.

In order to ensure that our non-German-speaking clients receive the most helpful advice, Roland Franz & Partner offers its services in English, Spanish and Russian language, too.
